Yesterday's parade was just perfect. it did not rain...phew. and the weather was really cool and windy. everything went smoothly and great! :) no faulty lights...no leaking barrels. the neonpaint was at its thickest...the colours were sooo bright. and so lucky to have a photographer at our entrance...heh. he was the same one who took piccies of us during balloon sculpturing and when we were escaping from paint war :p one of my fav segments was the precision drill by the military police. amazing stuff!!! i definitely hope to join next year :D

everything ended too quickly. SIGH :( never thought that these few months of practise past so quickly. the people, indoor stadium bonding and waiting, water splashing, dinner rush etc. have seemingly became a part of my life. Saturdays were always the highlight of the week.

and YOU.

the indoor stadium was already empty as we were always the last group to leave. stayed behind to wait for the allocated transport to try and catch a last last last glimpse of you. i already half gave up. plus a silly dream about me relief teaching your class the night before somehow made me think i won't get to see you.

yesterday was probably the only time i was glad the shuttlebus came as late as usual. *there you were at the bus stand* working as hard as always...walking around with loudspeaker and all. there wasn't enough time to take a piccy of you as we were all hushed up the bus. i am really really really thankful for that few precious seconds.

sigh...the thought of seeing you the last time was just plain painful.

the parade and people were pure fun but still, you made all the difference :)
