managed to get through the first week of school. phew...

my Japanese biz tutor is quite wierd. he sorta laughs through his nose with a funny wheezing sound. haha :p it's a brand new format he's using for this mod - problem-solving. hmm. not sure if i can handle that kind of learning...it's something like coming up with your own research question through many rounds of discussion. the main problem is that it is sooo difficult to come up with a question! and class participation takes up 30%...better start talking in class :p but i am looking forward to see how it works out man...so different from the rest of my mods.

got a very interesting-looking project coming up from the js cultural mod. we get to visit museums and watch many japanese films etc. cool :) many familiar faces from my previous js linguistic class...nice bunch of people.

Marketing looks really tough and econs-y. as dee said..it's really time-consuming! only the first week and we gotta do chapters of reading ~shudder~ even the outline of the course was 20 pages! and i am not exactly looking forward to doing a 25-page report of a marketing plan :/ Thankfully i have joy...hopefully we get to be in same tutorial class.

Elang is as what i have expected...erm. nothing much to say about it :) i am quite worried about the sound and words mod...it seems so factual, learning about how sound is produced etc. the other module should be better...word playing time!

my major modules classes are really small...and according to what barrel said about the bell-curve grading, i foresee alot of serious work waiting to be done in this term. i dun want to end up at the bottom...sigh.

yah life is much more than studying. but cannot afford to slack especially in second year...man i am starting to sound like a chaomugger.

eeks.
