You represent... hope.
You represent... hope.
You're quite a daydreamer and can be a hopeless
romantic. You enjoy being creative and don't
mind being alone at times. You have goals, and
know what you want in life... even if they are
a little far fetched.

What feeling do you represent?

hmm...interesting. i love the pictures...so pretty.

my dad just got an arrowana or 'jing long yu' which we affectionately called Leng Leng. he's quite cute :) but i just hate the fact that he chomps down live fishes.

tried saving the live fishies...pleading with my dad to put them in the tetra tank. thankfully most of them are saved. tetra tank becomes a 'longkang fish tank'. heehee. can't really accept that something is born to be fed. but then again...that also applies to chickens and other meaty stuff (as my brother pointed out) that we all love. erhh...controversial issue here. i really cannot imagine turning into as a vegetarian :/ hmm.

something interesting that i noted. while scooping out the live fish fodder, my mum was saying, "eh..take out the pretty ones only lah." woohoo...even fishies are subjected to the same standards we judge one another. pretty vs ugly. wah...that's what make the whole world go round? haha...funny huh.

SPCA really wrenches my heart out. the building is TOO small and insignificant. the animals inside will definitely make perfect pets...i wonder why they were abandoned/abused in the first place. bought a tee and did what i could to give them pats and nice words through the cages. arrgh...too sad :( if i ever become rich, SPCA will be a haven for animals...clean and spacious...unlimited food, water and toys...no mercy killing...

always feel that animals do no wrong...they are at the mercy of us humans! everything they do are out of animal instinct, yet they know how to touch the human heart with just a simple lick or a nuzzle.

unconditional love i believe humans can never get from one another.

went for a short church camp with mel and her cell last week. was glad it wasn't a play-games camp...phew. somehow i think we all grew out of ice-breakers and other silly games. it was more of a relaxing seminar/learning gathering...learnt alot from it :)

were discussing some questions during breaktime. it is quite inevitable to not touch upon the issue of evolution vs creation in such a setting. mel believed that the human body is too amazingly complex to be achieved through evolution. some good points that were brought up: why aren't the apes and monkeys continue going through evolution till this day? and why do humans not continue to evolve into a more superior being? interesting.

ahh...evolution? creation? how nice if every problem can just be solved by 'eenie minie minie mo'. haha...we will all live happier and longer :)

had bbq for the first time with a group of close friends on wed. was really fun...and successful! heh. the kebabs were great...love the pineapples. the really fresh prawns...and not forgetting my favourite marshmallows...heehee.

used the disposable grill...very convenient man. the box states "All you need is just a match" and it is true. haha. there's this 'magical' paper covering the charcoal that burns very easily and after about 20 minutes, everything is ready! wow. we were very amazed. use it!! haha...no need to go through the hassle of booking a pit and blah blah blah.

with so many bbqs this hols...can't imagine the amount of carbon in me. ~ but who cares~ :p
