ahhhhh!!! :D it was definitely Clay heyday yest.

oh man...never thought i would see him ever again...but he was in charge of the motivators (i want to be motivator!!! :D) sitting behind us. woohoo. he really really looks like Clay! grin. but he's cute by his own looks :) hee hee. and he was around our area at post parade...kept seeing him packing things, clearing rubbish, folding plastic bags, flipping his stack of paper, walkie-talkie-ing. hmm....as the rest said, he's 'responsible' and 'hardworking' and may even turn out to be a 'househusband' ~doink~ hahaha.

oh yah!! we even took photos of him...but it was rather dark. aww. and i found out his initials...shhhh. bwahahaha.

Clay craze aside, NDP was just fab. it really felt like a performance with all the hair styling and make-up. we all felt so high!! twisting the balloons were torturous to our fingers but the kids loved them! it feels great when you see a kid taking one of yours :) and almost everybody turned up in red! wow wow wow. the stadium looked fantastic man...red-manics! heh. and the crowd was so responsive.

had a little accident when my instrument flew out of my hands...haha. quickly ran and took it back ~phew~ the motivators at our entrance were really fun! we were splashing water at one another :) grin.

never thought that joining NDP will be so fun. made so many friends! a whole bunch of crazee people :p we are even thinking of having a chalet soon! this experience is definitely worth all the hours of practices :)

Fei Yu Qing's concert was really good! he had no constume changes...nothing spectacular...just sheer talent. man...his voice is amazing, pitch-on and sounded exactly like the CD. saw many middled-aged children bringing mothers and fathers...so sweet :) haha...liked him for being so natural, sincere and extremely hilarious...especially during the segment on imitating other singers. had great fun :) totally enjoyable.

i always wished i belonged to his time...loved all the kinda songs and dances. like those 1960s Shanghai Nightclub, with men in western suits dancing with qipao-clad ladies...and all the feathery, glittery extravagence. and the music then was great...simple lyrics and melodies. felt that the english music scene was at its peak as well...The Beatles, Beegees, Nat King Cole etc. some era-discrepancies here...but anyway i always group them together :p

current singers are disappointing...overtly-commercialised and artificially packaged. a degredation ~sad~

Evergreens/ Classics / Oldies rule!

took a personality test here...bored lah.

Jolene , your hemispheric dominance is equally divided between left and right brain, while you show a moderate preference for auditory versus visual learning, signs of a balanced and flexible person.

Your balance gives you the enviable capacity to be verbal and literate while retaining a certain "flair" and individuality. You are logical and compliant but only to a degree. You are organized without being compulsive, goal-directed without being driven, and a "thinking" individual without being excessively so.

The one problem you might have is that your learning might not be as efficient as you would like. At times you will work from the specific to the general, while at other times you'll work from the general to the specific. Sometimes you will be logical in your approach while at other times random. Since you cannot always control the choice, you may experience frustrations not normally felt by persons with a more defined and directed learning style.

You may also minimally experience conflicts associated with auditory processing. You will be systematic and sequential in your processing of information, you will most often focus on a single dimension of the problem or material, and you will be more reflective, i.e., "taking the data in" as opposed to "devouring" it.

Overall, you should feel content with your life and yourself. You are, perhaps, a little too critical of yourself - and of others - while maintaining an "openness" which is redeeming. Indecisiveness is a problem and your creativity is not in keeping with your potential. Being a pragmatist, you downplay this aspect of yourself and focus on the more immediate, the more obvious and the more functional.

ermm. very cheem...

it was drizzling yesterday...and freezing at the national stadium when the winds blew... felt like i was being transferred from an oven to a fridge. but must cherish this kind of weather here...so rare! :p they covered the speakers to protect them from the rain...the music was so muffled. everyone was so confused. kinda disappointing but the people made it fun though :) had a crazy session of photo-taking in the bus..fun fun :) so looking forward to the NE show next week...with real audience...wow. the atmosphere will be great. can't wait...! :D

met you once again after some time on the way back! happy...grin.
